Hello Bruce,
Once again, thank you for contacting us with detailed diagnostic information like the UUID of the missing HyperGate.
We had a look at your gates in the database. They are all there and listed correctly.
Your Motu Teva appears to have been dropped from the web site listing because of connection failures and half connections experienced by our bot while attempting to connect.
It is pretty safe to say that the failures and half connections must have occurred during one of your upgrades or possibly a period of some bad internet weather. Your sims are, and have been, some of the most stable, reliable sims on the the HyperGate Network.
Not too long ago we added a few new facets to our bot capabilities. I am guessing that these new facets are not compensating for temporary sim connection failures.
To resolve this, I have rewritten part of the target selection algorithm of the new facets to compensate for temporary sim connection failures.
I'd like to give the network 24 - 48 hours to retest the Motu Teva connectivity and automatically bring it back online.
If you don't see it back online after that time, then just drop us another note and will look into it again.
BTW, a couple quick questions if you will: what version is Muto Teva running? How often are you upgrading? How close are you keeping with HEAD?
We are trying to prepare for any potential version conflicts in upcoming HG 2.0 versions. Knowing which sims are staying close to HEAD will give us an idea of which sims to keep an eye on for potential version conflicts.
Thanks again,

Hello Aaack,
You should enter the URL that someone would use to make a HyperGrid jump to your region. That would be something like: www.osgrid.org:PORT:RegionName
Not the IP of the actual sim unless it is a standalone configuration.

Hello Aaack,
It sounds like you simply have a HyperGrid or network configuration issue.
Your HyperGate is functioning correctly, you just need to fix your HyperGrid / network configuration to be able to take full advantage of it.
Since you are on OSGrid, you should try asking for help on the OSGrid IRC channel. Some there can surely help you with your HyperGrid / network configuration.
TheHyperGates
It does not matter which region you set your home as, or the port configuration of that region, as long as you have a Home set.

Hello Opensim City,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, of course our service is still up. The items that you see here are only support items, and very few people have needed support recently.
Most people can either find the answers to there questions in support items that were previously post, or on the main web site.
Your HyperGate registration has been received, but it has not been fully registered. It could be that you have not yet verified your HyperGrid connectivity. Have you follow the following step?
Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.
Please be sure that you have verified your HyperGrid connectivity.
Let us know if you have any more questions or need further assistance.

Well,
It sounds like you may have an outbound routing/network problem.
If you are receiving visits from our bot, then is sounds like your HyperGate is correctly registered and functioning properly. It is also an indication that your HyperGrid configuration is correct and that your "inbound" network routing is correct.
There is another possibility. Have you set the Home of your avatar? Many times your Home needs to be set in order for other HyperGrid destinations to accept your avatar.
You can test this by simply having someone else come to your region and try to jump to a different grid via the HyperGrid. If they are able to successfully jump, then the problem is most likely specific to your avatar and not your region/network configuration.
BTW, what viewer are you using?
Please get back to us and let us know how it goes.
