We had some down time with one of our databases for most of the day today. It is back up and running now.

Can you try using the updater again and let us know how it goes?

This issue should be resolved now.

Since we migrated from Windows to Linux, there was an issue with case-sensitive vs case-insensitive.

If you are still not able to use your HyperGate, simply reload the scripts using the Updater.

We just migrated to a different database yesterday. It sounds like this error is a result of the move.

We will run another check on everything and see if we can find the issue.

The HyperGate has shows that it has initialized correctly and is ready for use, but if the grid is not correctly HyperGrid enabled, you will not be able to jump to other grids.
Thank you for your feedback.

We are considering a new setup that would more easily facilitate searching.

Are you getting any type of error when the scripts of the HyperGate are loading?

What does the HyperGate display after you have rezzed it?

Where the HyperGates working before you upgraded your grid?

You should compare the scripting permissions of your old grid configuration to the permissions of your new grid configuration.


Let us know the answers to these questions and we can try to help you resolve this issue.

Hello Dennis,

Based on the error that you are getting "No regions found with that location", it sounds like the hypergrid configuration of your grid and/or region is not correct.

Please verify that you have a working hypergrid configuration.

You grid was listed for a while. I don't know why it is not showing right now.

It is possible that your grid was inaccessible the last time that our grid crawler checked. I will send out the grid crawler again, maybe that will help get your grid back on the list.

If your grid URI has not changed, then you do not need to submit a form to get you grid listed.
