Is it possible for you to check to see if the UUID of your HyperGate is: 6bf04c32-a09f-49b2-a422-51fbddbcb651
Yes, I know. Sorry for the delay. I started writing you about this yesterday, but got tied up.
Yesterday was the first day that I was able to take a look at the registrations of your avatar, grid, and gates.
Your avatar is now correctly registered as a result of the  Verification that you performed by jumping to a different grid and using a gate that was already registered.
The current issue is that your updated avatar registration has not been propagated to your gate registration.
I already started working on it and am about halfway done with the programming to correct the propagation.
I will be able to work on it some more today. Hopefully I will be able to finish it.
Hopefully, I'll be in touch with you again soon with an update.
I believe that things should have corrected themselves by now, but I am not seeing your Gates as being registered yet. I will take a look to at the database records and registration for "Grey Ocean" with the UUID: af4bb3ed-3a9f-4e2f-9c2e-1a5d7a44e7f7
I'll let you know what I find.
I have changed the wording, is it clearer now?

Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location

Our records show that the avatar owned the last HyperGates that were successfully registered for your grid is "Grey Ocean" with the UUID: af4bb3ed-3a9f-4e2f-9c2e-1a5d7a44e7f7.
Is that information still correct? Do you think that maybe the UUID of the avatar that owns your HyperGates might have changed?
Hello Starflower,

Thank you for contacting us about this issue.

Your Ocean Grid has been successfully registered for several months now.

Upon checking the status your HyperGates, it appears that it has been quite a long time since they have checked in, and this is why they were automatically removed from the web site listings.

Have you performed the following instructions with the same avatar that you used to rez your HyperGates?

Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. The key is to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.

Please get back to us with an answer and we can continue working on getting your grid listed again.

Hello Dolph,

It looks like there is some type of data conflict in your HyperGate records. We will be working on this to try to resolve the issue and get your grid listed correctly.

TheHyperGates

Hello Rebecca,

Thank you for contacting us. It has been a busy week so we were not able to get back to your sooner.

It sounds like you have setup your HyperGate correctly and that it is functioning correctly.

Just one thing that is probably not too clear, so i will explain.

When your HyperGate says "Preparing to teleport" then you should click the HyperGate one more time and it will bring up a standard teleport Map window that shows the HyperGrid destination that you have chosen. At that point, just click the Teleport button of the Map window like you would normally do and you will be teleported to your destination.

Please give it a try and let us know if it helps.
