Looks like these last improvements that we made to the Network are paying off already.

Speaking of improvements, we are constantly working on the central infrastructure of the The HyperGates Network. Most of the time the work does not disrupt service, but some times it does cause disruptions. The fact that you did not see buttons in the menu of your HyperGate the other day was a result of some work/improvements that we were making at that time.
Most of the disruptive aspects of that work are complete, and that is why you suddenly we able to get proper listings in your HyperGate menu again.

Thank you for contacting us.
Over the past 6 months we have been performing a "stepped database transition", moving all data and services from one database platform to a different database platform.
Some of the "steps" that we have taken in this transition have caused gates to not show up from time to time.
Since the last time that you contacted us about missing gates, we have been monitoring the "Primary > Iti Motu" page on a daily basis to ensure that all 6 of your gates are being displayed. Since that time they have been displaying pretty consistently.
About two days ago, we performed another "step" in the database transition and are still in the process of tying up the loose ends of that step. This is why only one of your gates are showing up at this moment.
We should be finished tying up the loose ends of this last step by the end of this weekend. At that point the whole database transition that we started 6 months ago will be approx. 95% complete.
So you can expect to see all of your gates listed again sometime between now and the end of this weekend.
Once this database transition is 100% complete, then we will begin working on improving performance and implementing new features.
We are obviously sorry for any inconvenience, but these are simply growing pains that we need to go through to attain more resilience and scalability.

Hello Chris,
Your HyperGate is not currently listed because your avatar has not been verified on the Network.
You can verify your avatar by simply using one of our HyperGates that are on a different grid ( i.e. not on OSGrid ) to make a HyperGrid jump to a different grid. This will verify your avatar on the Network and then your HyperGate will be automatically within about 24 - 48 hours after that.
If you like, you may contact us again once you have verified your avatar on the Network and we can try to expedite the process of listing your HyperGate.

Thank you for contacting us.
We cannot directly control what Google decides to publish in their search engine.
What I can do is I can try to remove the pages from our database and then eventually Google will also removed them from their database.
Can you send us the links to the exact pages that need to be removed?

Hello Michael,
If you only have the HyperGate and you do not have the Updater, then we suggest that you download the HyperGate Vendor from the web site and upload it into your inventory.
You can download the HyperGate Vendor from the following page: http://thehypergates.com/downloads
The HyperGate Vendor contains a full HyperGate and also the Updater. The Updater is important to have because it can be used to re-initialize your HyperGate to receive the latest menus and in the event that the scripts do not load correctly.

Hello Jim,
The extension of the archive that you downloaded shouldn't make a difference, but if you have doubts, then you should rename it to *.iar
You can upload it directly into your inventory by issuing the "load iar" command in the console of your simulator. There is no way to upload an *.iar file via your viewer, only from the console.
