Hello Nazirah,
Did you follow Step 2 of the registration process?
Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.
Hello Nazirah,
What is the name of your Region?

Hello Todd,
Thank you for the update. We have updated our database.
TheHyperGates
If you rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate with an OSGrid Avatar, then the HyperGate will be listed in OSGrid.
You must delete it and rez a new one with an Avatar from your grid.
This is also the reason that your grid is not listed. Since you rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate with an OSGrid Avatar, all of the users on your grid that use the ATLANTISGF HyperGate will automatically be registered on OSGrid.
TheHyperGates
Well, apparently the avatar that rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate is registered on OSGrid.
A HyperGate will only register on the grid that the Owner avatar is registered on.
What avatar did you use to rez the ATLANTISGF HyperGate?
TheHyperGates
Don't worry. We'll figure it out.
Your registration seems to be successful.
Maybe your grid is failing Incoming HyperGrid test that we perform.
Have you been able to successfully jump to your grid using an avatar from a different grid?
In the meantime, I will schedule a new Incoming HyperGrid test for you. It is possible that there were network connectivity issues the last time it was tested.

Hello Ann,
Thank you for contacting us.
The issue that you are having is not related to the HyperGate, it appears to be related to your HyperGrid configuration.
I just tried to teleport to your grid using this URI: hg.alchemysimsgrid.org:80:plumbum
and it failed.
The HyperGate can only be used properly once you already have HyperGrid correctly configured for your grid.
The fastest way to get help would probably be to go the the IRC channel of OSGrid and/or the IRC channel of OpenSimulator and ask for help there.
Hope this helps.
Once you have your HyperGrid correctly configured, if you still need help with your HyperGate, just let us know and we will be happy to help.
All the best,
TheHyperGates
I have attempted to teleport to your grid from 3 different grids. Each time it failed.
Have you been able to teleport TO your grid using an avatar from a different grid?
Also, did you complete this step of the registration:

Please check to make sure your HyperGrid configuration is correct on all of your regions. If there is a HyperGate that is showing destinations in the menu, but you are unable to jump to any of those destinations, then most likely there is a problem with the HyperGrid configuration of your regions/grid.
The "This Grid" menu has been disabled for the time being. It will not show destinations on your local grid. One day, when we have more time, we will try to update that code so that it shows local destinations again.
Let us know if you have any more questions.
