Thank you for your suggestion.

We have redeployed our grid crawling bot.

Within the next few days, it will find and remove all dead/unreachable destinations from the database.

Please provide us an example of 2 HyperGates from different 2 different grids that show the same places.

Hello Hillie,

We found and fixed an error with the database. This may have been the reason why you could not register.

Please feel free to try registering again.

Thank you,

Hello William,

Please let me know what the UUID of your Avatar is.

Also, please let me know what the UUID of the Avatar that rezzed the HyperGate is.

As soon as we receive this information, we can begin to debug this issue.

After you jump to another region, you need to jump to a 3 (third) region from that HyperGate

If you do not do that, then there i no way that I can register you, because the network cannot recognized you.

you should jump like this:

Hiillies Dreamland -> -> jump to a second grid -> -> jump to a third grid

When you jump from the second grid to the third grid, you need to use one of our HyperGates

Let us know when you have done this.

Hello,

As part of the registration, you need to use a HyperGate that is NOT on your grid to jump to another grid that is NOT your grid.

Have you done this?

TheHyperGates

Hello,

You will not always see your Home location in the menu when you jump to a different grid.

To jump home, you can use your keyboard: Ctrl-Shift-H

Is you grid LoginURI on one of the following ports?:

8002, 9000, 80, 88, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89

Pleas let us know.

Hello Hillie,

There are two steps that you must follow to have your grid listed. Step 2 is very important. This is from the home page of our web site:

If your grid is NOT listed on the web site, then you should both "Register your Grid" and "Verify your HyperGrid Connectivity".

Step 1: Register your Grid
Submit the following registration form:Register HyperGate
(Please note: For fully-automatic grid registration, configure your LoginURI or HyperGrid port to be one of the following ports: 8002, 9000, 80, 88, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89.)

Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.

Please perform these two steps and then see if your grid is listed within 24 hours.
