Hello Dolph,
The teleport issues that you are having sound like a standard network configuration issue. We really are not staffed to support network configuration issues. You should seek help from some of the other OpenSimulator resources such as the IRC channels or OSgrid forums.
Once you have resolved the networking issue, see if it also resolves the issue of your friends standalone not showing up in your HyperGates.
Also, it can take up to 24 hours for registered HyperGates to appear in the menus of other HyperGates.
You should also keep in mind, that each menu in the HyperGates have space for only about 10 destinations. It could be that your friends standalone is simply not in the first 10, and therefore not showing us in your menus.
If it has not resolved the issue, let us know and we can look into it further.

Hello Markus,
Have you followed the Registration instructions listed on or web site:
Step 1: Register your Grid
Submit the following registration form:Register HyperGate
(Please note: For fully-automatic grid registration, configure your LoginURI or HyperGrid port to be one of the following ports: 8002, 9000, 80, 88, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89.)
Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.

Hello William,
Have you verified your HyperGrid connectivity on the Network by performing the following procedure:

Hello NsG,
Thank you for contacting us.
The issue should be resolved now.
The next time you restart your region, the HyerpGate should come back on line.

Hello Dolph,
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.
There was a database that got out of sync and was causing the menus not to show up.
The database is re-synch'ed now. Your menus should be showing again now, but if they are not, then they will be showing again shortly.
Thanks again,
TheHyperGates
Hello Cecil,
Thank you for contacting us.
It sounds like you do not have your region/grid properly configured for HyperGrid connectivity.
Are you able to HyperGrid to your region from a different grid?
TheHyperGates
Hello Tdo,
Thank you for contacting us.
When ever you get a "Teleport failed: Internal error", it means that there is most likely a problem with the HyperGrid configuration of the region/grid is not correct, or there is a network configuration on the network that the region/grid is being hosted on.
In your case, I would guess that there is a problem with the network configuration: possibly the port forwarding, NAT (Network Address Translation), or routing.
Try creating an account on a different grid and then perform a HyperGrid jump to your grid. If the jump gives you the same error, then most likely the problem is your network configuration.
Hope that helps get you pointed in the right direction.

After your re-did your grid, did you verify your HyperGrid connectivity as described on our home page? If you re-did your grid with completely new UUIDs for avatars and HyperGates, then it is a completely new grid to the Network, and you will need to re-verify:

Hello James,
Thank you for contacting us.
Currently, in all HyperGates the "This Grid" list is not populated. This is because we unfortunately have not had the time to bring the "This Grid" listing functionality up to date with some of the more recent "HyperGrid" listing functionality.
As soon as we have time to update the "This Grid" menu functionality, the menu will automatically be populated in all HyperGates.

Hello Joe,
There is nothing stopping the use of OS teleport agent in the HyperGates.
We are not planning on releasing a version that includes the OS teleport agent function, but the current source could be modified to include OS teleport agent.
