Hi!

Im not sure if i registered my HG correctly, when it asks for the URL im not sure if I should write: www.osgrid.org:PORT:RegionName or...

IP.of.the.Sim:PORT:RegionName

Whereas the IP is the IP of where the sim of the HG is hosted.

Could you help me?

Hypergrid address changed back to virtualrealmsgrid.com:8002

THe Virtual Realms Grid Hypergrid address has been changed back to the the original address of:

virtualrealmsgrid.com:8002

I am sorry for the confusion.. THe Grid router needs to be updated before we can make the change..

How to import the HyperGate archive?

OK, call me stupid but ... I've downloaded the hypergate from your web site but not sure how to import it in world. It downloaded as a .man file and .. I'm not familiar with that file format. Is it an inventory archive? Can you provide instructions on how to import this object?

Gates not working

We have 4 hyper gates on our regions, we are only able to get one to go
to other grids and none of them will show the gates on our own grid in
other regions. Can you help us please?

Do I need to re-register my HyperGate?

You should re-register your HyperGate if you have recently done any of the following:

- changed the hostname of your grid/standalone

- changed the LoginURL of your grid/standalone

I just added my region a few hours ago, "pocketfiction" on the osgrid grid. Is your service still up? I notice that a lot of the items posted are a couple months old...
