Unable to register grid using website.

I'm unsure exactly what your website is checking for when trying to register a new grid, but no matter what I do I get "Service unavailable."  It's not a problem at my end. 

All the help topics I can find on your website say that it is caused by a problem with the grid url.  The hypergrid url is empyrean.homenet.org:9000:Empyrean, and I'm able to use that url to teleport home from other grids, so I have hypergrid connectivity.

If nothing else, could we please get a proper error message so we know what is causing the registration failure?  I interpret "service unavailable" to mean a problem with your database server, not with my registration.

Please let me know what the UUID of your Avatar is.


Also, please let me know what the UUID of the Avatar that rezzed the HyperGate is.


As soon as we receive this information, we can begin to debug this issue.

We found and fixed an error with the database. This may have been the reason why you could not register.
