I just added my region a few hours ago, "pocketfiction" on the osgrid grid. Is your service still up? I notice that a lot of the items posted are a couple months old...

Yes, of course our service is still up. The items that you see here are only support items, and very few people have needed support recently.


Most people can either find the answers to there questions in support items that were previously post, or on the main web site.


Your HyperGate registration has been received, but it has not been fully registered. It could be that you have not yet verified your HyperGrid connectivity. Have you follow the following step?


Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate, then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.



Please be sure that you have verified your HyperGrid connectivity.
