Did you follow Step 2 of the Registration process?

Step 2: Verify Your HyperGrid Connectivity
Simply rez your new HyperGate, then use the avatar that rezzed the gate it to jump to a second HyperGate,then use that second HyperGate to jump to any other location. It is important to use a HyperGate that is already registered on the HyperGate Network. This allows the Network to verify that your region is correctly configured for receiving incoming HyperGrid visitors.

 i have done everything you said...i rezzed a new hybergate.. i jumped to a second hybergate after i jump to other grid and then from there i returned to my grid....i don't know what else to do...pls help me...thanks

Don't worry. We'll figure it out.

Your registration seems to be successful.

Maybe your grid is failing Incoming HyperGrid test that we perform.

Have you been able to successfully jump to your grid using an avatar from a different grid?

In the meantime, I will schedule a new Incoming HyperGrid test for you. It is possible that there were network connectivity issues the last time it was tested.

i test with my avatar Envoy Greekifour and testing with other avatar frends to other grids and working .but i see my region ATLANTISGF to the hypergate list but my grid name Greekifour not osgrid look the photo http://prntscr.com/1rl4ow thanks

i would also like to tell you....that ATLANTISGF is GREEKIFOUR sim...and not OSGrid....as it shows....please  do something....thanks

Well, apparently the avatar that rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate is registered on OSGrid.

A HyperGate will only register on the grid that the Owner avatar is registered on.

What avatar did you use to rez the ATLANTISGF HyperGate?

my osg avatar is name:envoy lastname:nickos but i rez the gate to ATLANTISGF in my grid Greekifour with my  greekifour acount name:Envoy lastname:Greekifour

If you rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate with an OSGrid Avatar, then the HyperGate will be listed in OSGrid.

You must delete it and rez a new one with an Avatar from your grid.

This is also the reason that your grid is not listed. Since you rezzed the ATLANTISGF HyperGate with an OSGrid Avatar, all of the users on your grid that use the ATLANTISGF HyperGate will automatically be registered on OSGrid.

i guess you didn't understand what i told you....my osgrid avatar is ENVOY NICKOS...and i didn't rezzed ATLANTISGF  with this one....i rezzed ATLANTIS...with my greekifour avatar..which name is...ENVOY GREEKIFOUR....maybe that's why you confused....check it again pls...thanks

ok i register new hypergate with greekifour acount name Zeus Greece thanks for ur help .....
