Missing Gates - Iti Motu
Greetings All,
Only 1 of 6 gates are shown in Primary > Iti Motu. This keeps reoccurring and I was wondering what the reasons for the regular disappearance of these gates could be.

Hello Bruce,
Thank you for contacting us.
Over the past 6 months we have been performing a "stepped database transition", moving all data and services from one database platform to a different database platform.
Some of the "steps" that we have taken in this transition have caused gates to not show up from time to time.
Since the last time that you contacted us about missing gates, we have been monitoring the "Primary > Iti Motu" page on a daily basis to ensure that all 6 of your gates are being displayed. Since that time they have been displaying pretty consistently.
About two days ago, we performed another "step" in the database transition and are still in the process of tying up the loose ends of that step. This is why only one of your gates are showing up at this moment.
We should be finished tying up the loose ends of this last step by the end of this weekend. At that point the whole database transition that we started 6 months ago will be approx. 95% complete.
So you can expect to see all of your gates listed again sometime between now and the end of this weekend.
Once this database transition is 100% complete, then we will begin working on improving performance and implementing new features.
We are obviously sorry for any inconvenience, but these are simply growing pains that we need to go through to attain more resilience and scalability.
